ステンレスタンクで発酵・熟成。ピュアでフレッシュ。青リンゴやライム、ハーブなどの若々しい香りと、トロピカルのニュアンスを持った華やかさ。アタックは酸が支配し、中盤から感じるトロピカルフルーツ系の味わいはボリュームをもたせる。後半はミネラルと心地の良い苦みが引き締めながら、余韻へと続く。じゃれている猫のように明るく楽しいワイン。

Fermented and aged in a stainless steel tank.Our pure and fresh Sauvignon Blanc showcases its varietal characteristics, featuring green apple, lime, fresh herbs and tropical fruit aromas.The entry shows wonderful acid which is followed by a good weight on the tongue, highlighted with tropical fruits.The wine finishes with minerality and pleasant bitterness.It’s a bright and fun wine like a playful cat!
